Beverly:

Beverly brings extensive and in-depth corporate experience in human resources, organization development and management to her practice, including twelve years in senior management. She has managed during times of growth and change including start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, reorganizations, expansions and company relocations. Prior to forming Frahm Consulting in 1999, Beverly was Vice President of Human Resources and Administration in a midsize company.
Her work with new and seasoned leaders at all levels in various organizations has given her real-world insight into the challenges that organizations, their leaders and their employees face every day.
As a consultant, she brings a big picture perspective to client companies helping them assess their needs and develop strategic plans, programs and solutions for the human side of their business.
As a coach, she coaches executives, human resource managers, new and first line managers, entrepreneurs, people in transition and individuals working on their own personal, professional and leadership development. Beverly coaches from the belief that leadership starts from within and it begins with ones self.
She has worked with a variety of industries including financial, high technology, insurance, construction, manufacturing, education, healthcare, agribusiness, and transportation. She has worked with companies doing business in various states including California, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona.
Beverly collaborates with other professional consultants, consulting firms and coaches as needed to effectively meet client needs on larger projects.
