 Beverly Frahm, M.A., B.B.A.

Beverly Frahm, Principal, is a Senior Management Consultant and Certified Coach. Specializing in Human Resources, Organizational and Individual Development, she brings over 18 years of experience in growth and change management. Beverly has an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Working collaboratively with a group of professional consultants, each with 15 or more years of experience, Beverly develops a customized team with the level of expertise needed to accomplish each project.

Sue Anderson, Organizational Development and Management Consultant:

  • Assesses organizational training needs
  • Designs, develops and conducts training on new business processes, communication skills, leadership, train the trainer, diversity and time management
  • Directs change management, overseeing the change process, including cross-functional coordination and integration
  • Directs cross-functional teams to redesign business processes

Sue has directed projects that change customer behavior and negotiated business rules for companies in the US and Europe. She is a skilled facilitator and mediator. Sue has an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. She has a Certification in Conflict Resolution, Achieve Global and in the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator. Sue is Principal of Change Happens.

Carrie Beam, Research and Analysis Consultant, specializes in Data Mining, Performance Measures and Decision Support. She helps clients with:

Helping clients uncover the story in their data, she helps businesses make important predictions. Carrie presents complex analytical results in plain English. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University. She is principal of Carrie Beam Consulting.

Anke Thiele, Organizational Effectiveness & Strategic Human Resources Consultant and Coach, specializes in:
